                                  Roselyn leads global partner hiring for McKinsey &
                                  Company, a global management consulting firm that
                                  serves leading businesses, governments, non-govern-
                                  mental  and  not-for-profit  organisations.  She  is  also  a
                                  social activist, networker and fundraiser who has, in the
                                  last decade, humbly supported charities including the
                                  Food Chain, the Baroness Amos Trust, The Nelson Man-
                                  dela Children’s Fund, Brotherhood Sister Sol, Women’s
                                  Aid, the Global Foundation for the Elimination of Do-
                                  mestic Violence and Arms around the Child.  Roselyn
                                  holds British and American citizenship and has lived
         Roselyn Cason-Marcus     in the United Kingdom for over twenty years. Roselyn
         Manager                  earned a BA in History from Colgate University.


       Ms Samantha Tross is the first female of African Carib-
       bean descent  to become an Orthopaedic  Consultant
       in the UK. She is a hip and knee specialist. She recent-
       ly became the first female surgeon in Europe to per-
       form a robotic assisted hip replacement. She received
       her medical degree from University College London
       before pursuing a career in Surgery. She is currently
       researching the effects of low vitamin D on patients
       undergoing hip or knee replacement surgery. She is
       an examiner for Imperial College Medical School finals   Samantha Tross
       examinations and an Associate Editor for the Journal of
       Medical Case Reports.                          Orthopaedic Consultant

                                  Sandra Clough is a Database Manager at BNPParibas
                                  she is responsible for managing the data content, of the
                                  internal procurement, expense and people manage-
                                  ment systems.  In addition, Sandra has spent the last
                                  five years as the Co –Chair of the Banks’s Multicultural
                                  Network. Within this role she has spearheaded, many
                                  initiatives for the Banks BAME employees, and has
                                  been nominated for many awards in this capacity, more
                                  recently in the top 8 workplace heroes for the Investing
                                  in Ethnicity Awards .She has also worked collaboratively
                                  with the other employee networks in an effort to sup-
         Sandra Clough            port and promote the Bank’s Diversity and Inclusion
                                  Strategy. Sandra is a Fellow of the RSA and sits on the
         Database Manager         Board of an Educational Business Partnership.

       Stephanie read law at Cardiff University. Thereafter,
       she completed her professional studies at the College
       of Law (now University of Law) in Bloomsbury, London.
       Stephanie undertook her training contract at Goodman
       Derrick LLP and qualified as a private client solicitor at
       the firm in September 2011.  Since qualifying, Stephanie
       has built up a successful legal practice and advises a
       variety of domestic and international clients on matters
       concerning their private wealth.  She has also served as
       a trustee of a national youth charity and a London based
       charity which hosts live crowdfunding events for not-  Stephanie Brobbey
       for-profit organisations pursuing social change.      Senior Associate
