Fits all current Mercury/Mariner outboards (with integral power trim) and 1993 and
newer Force outboards 40 HP and higher utilizing Mercury style cables (with power
trim). When used with MY2005 and newer 8/9.9, 15/20 FourStroke outboards an
adapter harness is required.
For MY2005 and newer 8/9.9 FourStroke outboards SAE T/S cables must be used.
GEN I cables must be used.

This harness extension will allow you to increase the length by 6 feet of the 10 pin
drop for instruments. The extension will work with Side Mount controls as well as
any 896537 series main engine / boat harness.

without the use of an adapter.

FourStroke engines will use GEN I cables.
GEN I cables must be used on other engines.
