   Pre-Construc.on

                                                BIM Modeling

Tri-City staffs several technicians trained in the use of our BIM products. U.lizing this soHware we
have provided our design input into the model for use in clash detec.on and collabora.on.
These programs are used to collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to produce required
project shop drawings. The drawings are then used in the layout of conduit and raceway systems,
deck layouts, and prefabrica.on of common assemblies all tying into our Trimble Total Sta.on for
digital field layout. Autodesk Buzzsaw soHware is used for documenta.on control and distribu.on
of files to clients/subcontractors. Long recognized for design/build proficiency. Tri-City develops
partnerships and mutual trust through team effort to deliver lower construc.on costs, aggressive
schedules, and fully achieve goals. As a result Tri-City has proudly provided 3D coordina.on/BIM
             on numerous high-profile projects.
