Our BIM team reviews the
project schedule, incorporates
the hours required to coordi-
nate and is able to plan the
appropriate resources to
effec.vely coordinate with
other trades.
Expanded Construc-on Schedule
We insert our tasks into
the overall schedule to
find labor trends and
conflicts so we can pull
plan effec.vely.
Each task is inserted with
projected labor hours
and is cost loaded bases
on project specific labor
rates.
Labor Curve
The labor curve shows our projected
manpower hours, number of electricians Tri-City Electrical Contractor, Inc. | Electrical Proposal
on the project, labor peaks, and valleys.
We u.lize this informa.on to forecast
when we need manpower and where we
need to coordinate with trades for the
most efficient sequencing.
