Self Performance
As a full service electrical contractor, Tri-City self performs the following:
◊ Electrical conduit, wiring, boxes, light fixtures, switchgear, cable tray, wiring devices, etc.
◊ Fire Alarm, Siemens distributor
◊ Low voltage structured cabling systems including: distribu.on systems, PBX and IP telephone
systems, access control, CCTV/video management, CATV, paging
◊ Excava.on and underground substructures

Subcontractors
Although Tri-City is a fully service contractor, we evaluate our subcontract pricing to determine
who is the most economical for each project. The following are subcontracts that would be use
for this project:
