Project Informa-on

We are pleased to submit our proposal for the electrical installa.on HCA Trailwinds Hospital,
according to the plans and specifica.ons submiGed by HCA Design & Construc.on. We propose to

furnish and install all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transporta.on in accordance with the
Subcontract Agreement (AIA Documents A101 or other mutually agreed upon document).
