7.4 Instructors who teach COLLEGE courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement must
provide the supervision and control reasonably necessary for the protection of the
health and safety of students and my not have any other assigned duty during the

Timely Grading
It is very important to this program that grades be entered on time. High school student grades
must be submitted, processed, and delivered to the high school counselors before the end of
the semester for graduation and transfer purposes.

Evaluation of Course
Mandatory participation in the class evaluation process and assessment of student learning
outcomes are conducted through your instructional dean’s office.
