• Establish performance goals and identify standards.
• Diagnose causes of performance problems.
• Apply training and delegation techniques as methods of developing the talent of others.
• Develop the skills of constructive feedback and coaching.
• Assertive communication skills for effective coaching.
• Identify appropriate consequences of acceptable and unacceptable behavior.
• Outline strategies to ensure appropriate documentation.
• Prepare and conduct an effective performance review.
Training will contact eligible managers with enrollment details.
LEADERSHIP TRACK 2
For newly-hired managers with greater than five years of management experience and for current
managers who have already completed Leadership Track 2.
COMPLETE WITHIN 6 MONTHS:
(Managers joining Track 2 after completing Track 1 have already completed these internal training)

• Fundamentals of Management
