universities. Degree-Related programs cannot use DevelopU Scholarships funds.

HAMLINE UNIVERSITY

Through Hamline University’s Learning Partnership Program, GESMN
employees receive a 10% per credit tuition discount as well as waiver
of all application fees. Programs include master’s degrees in business administration (MBA), public
administration (MPA), and nonprofit management (MNM), teaching (MAT), education (MAED), and law
(MSL). The learning partnership tuition discount may not be used concurrently with any other
institutional grant, scholarship, or discount programs. For employee eligibility verification, please

CONCORDIA UNIVERSITY

GESMN employees admitted into an adult education degree program at
Concordia University may receive up to a $2,000 scholarship distributed
over the course of their degree program. Contact Concordia Admissions at

RASMUSSEN COLLEGE

Rasmussen offers reduced rates of up to 10% off for GESMN employees and
their family members. Rasmussen College offers more than 70 programs
across seven schools of study in a variety of convenient learning
