“The second major reason for the divorce cases that I have dealt with is
cheating through social media,” she says.
           The beam of hope
When Dr. Al Demerdash was asked about the factor of success for her
efforts with the couples, she says: “As long as there is at least one of the
couples who is strongly determined to solve the problem, I feel eager and
glimpse the hope to help them even if the case is hard.” She says that if the
case was quite simple, but the couples were slothful, she knew that the rela-
           tionship would not last.
Sara says: “Although I had many points of disagreement with Ahmed,
we agreed on our need to consult an expert to help us solve our problems.”
Taking a deep breath, she said that before visiting Dr. Al Demerdash, she was
hesitant and afraid of the results; however, now she believes in relationship
coaching’s ability to save and improve marriages.
           Out of control blockers
Talking about the reasons that block her efforts in saving the marriages,
Dr. El Demerdash says: “The men’s sexual dysfunction is considered one
of the hardest cases that I always admit that the couples will not be able to
continue together because even after my help, the marriage will not be on the
right track, but with a huge gap in their sexual life.”
Dr. Al Demerdash says: “The most successful relationships are full of
positive actions not positive promises.” She says that whenever she feels that
a partner is frequently promising without taking an action, she advises the
other partner to get divorced because these kinds of relationships areabusive.
           Steps towards success
Dr. Al Demerdash follows certain steps in order to save a marriage from
divorce. First, the relationship coach shares a discussion with the couples to
identify their problems. Second, she starts teaching them about the
essence of an efficient communication. The second step addresses both the
conscious mind through training them, then the subconscious mind through
mastering the art of effective communication. For instance, learning how to
drive starts with training the conscious mind to drive then through the process
the driver formulates a background experience, and finally the driver
           automatically drives without thinking.
Third, they attend discussion sessions about the changes they have
observed, and during the third session the coach suggests solutions and
tasks for each couple. Fourth, the coach helps the married couples to
improve the sexual relationship between them. Finally, the coach will hold
regular meetings to follow-up the couples’ progress.
