Responding to a Claim


                 Once you log in, the first page you will see is your dashboard . On your dashboard screen you will see all of your
                 pending claims, decisions, and hearing notices . Your work will be sorted into those categories; you will see two
                 numbers under each category . The first number in BLACK represents the total number of pending cases you have,
                 the second number in RED are any cases that are coming up on the deadline .

































                 Once you’ve clicked on one of the numbers on your dashboard, you will be able to see a list of all of your pending
                 cases . To respond to one of those cases, click on the reference number in BLUE . You will then be brought to the
                 detail case screen . On the detail screen, you will be able to add all of the separation information regarding the
                 claimant in question .
