Q1. Cooler in Best Position- Is CCA Cooler located
in best position?

Abbreviations: CCA- Coca-Cola Amatil

Answer “Yes”- If CCA products in the cold vault, glass door and/or air
curtain are displayed in the best position within the store. This involves the
coolers and/or products being in 1st position in Traffic Flow as consumers
enter the store or if the cooler is located in the optimal purchase position.

Impulse coolers are not included in this measure unless it is the only
NARTD refrigeration in the outlet.

If you are unsure how to answer this question apply the following tests:
• 1st position is to be viewed as the path the majority of consumers

would take as they enter the store
• The cooler is placed in the optimal purchase position where

consumers has the best chance to purchase a CCA product
• If our cooler is in a line of coolers, our cooler should be the 1st

position as detailed above.
• If a cooler is behind the counter our products should be in 1st line of

sight and there is no opportunity to move the cooler to a self serve
location.

Answer “No”- If cold CCA products are not located in the best position in
the outlet.

Note – BDE should be able to articulate the position of the cooler if they
have answered “yes”
