·  The Guideposts Facilitation - Facilitating the Guideposts includes prepping for the sessions
                       by securing a room, inviting attendees, sending out communications, ordering food, hosting
                       sessions and clean up
                   ·  Virtual Welcome Session Host - This person will be responsible for hosting the weekly
                       EMEA-APAC Virtual Welcome Session call.
                   ·  Additional Live Session Host & trainer - Will host and train others on how to host further live
                       sessions, lunch and learns, meet your leaders, etc.
               NAMER Coordinator Responsibilities

                   ·  Global Onboarding Inbox - This shared inbox is provided to new hires ahead of their start
                       date and receives questions on everything from benefits, to strategy definitions.  Moderator
                       will be able to provide answers or identify who can provide the answers with a positive
                       attitude.
                   ·  The Basics Moderation - The moderator for the Basics is responsible for adding new
                       people into the course, answering questions posted to discussion boards and hosting bi-
                       weekly Check In calls.  This person will be instrumental in rebuilding the site on the
                       Sharepoint.
                   ·  Welcome Gift Storefront Management - The storefront is highly automated but does require
                       some verification in order to prevent shipping items to terminated employees, for example.
                   ·  Virtual Welcome Session Host - This person will be responsible for hosting the weekly
                       NAMER Virtual Welcome Session call.

                   ·  Grammarly - This application will help to be more professional by checking more than your
                       spelling!  This should be required by everyone in all aspects of life.  Download away!

                   ·  Office365 Tools - Office has many tools which allow the team to stay in sync, collaborate
                       on files, and more.

                   ·  Teams - Teams is a centralized repository that can be used for Projects. Within this tool
                       you can create different Teams and add as many stakeholders as needed.  Within the
                       Team you can add specific Channels.  These channels allow for separate conversations,
                       and more.
                          o  When adding a “Tasks” tab, I recommend using the Pre Existing Team tab.
