1. Purpose
To ensure U.S. Government compliant training and processing of customer candidate forms
documents and certificates prior to their deployment from DI Deployment Centers.
2. Scope
This Operational process is applicable to DynCorp International (DI) internal programs, and
external customers supporting U.S. Government operations in deployed areas Outside the
Continental United States (OCONUS).
