               1. Purpose

DynCorp International (DI) Deployment Center (DIDC) is responsible for processing and
validating internal and external customers in support of U.S. Government operations in
geographic locations worldwide. This plan provides an overview of the Deployment Center
requirements, as established by the documents contained in table (4) below.

               2. Scope
This plan is applicable to DI internal programs and external customers supporting U.S.
Government operations in deployed areas Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).
All personnel will comply with all rules and regulations governing the operation of the
deployment centers. As part of the deployment processing for contractor personnel, the
CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) will screen candidate records, conduct theater specific
briefings and training, and verify that medical requirements (such as immunization,
Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) screening, Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) testing
and dental examinations) for deployment have been met, and arrange for transportation to the
theater of operations, as required. It is the responsibility of the DIDC to ensure candidates
receive all required processing and information prior to deployment. For a detailed overview
of DIDC Operations related to processing candidates through the deployment centers and
Business Management processes (billing and invoicing), refer to PMO-6018-02 Deployment
