                              7.3.10.3.1. Armed Forces Institute of Pathology: 1-302-346-8800
                              7.3.10.3.2. Due to time zone differences, and seven day a week processing, DNA
                                         may not be able to be confirmed prior to medical testing. If DNA is
                                         not confirmed prior to medical testing, then a DNA sample will be
                                         secured and mailed to the Armed Forces Repository.

                   7.4.  Immunizations
                       7.4.1.  HEP A

                       7.4.2.  HEP B
                       7.4.3.  MMR

                       7.4.4.  Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (TDAP) - within the last 10 years.
                       7.4.5.  Typhoid - If vaccinated, via injection, within the last 2 years, or if vaccinated by
                               pills within the last 5 years.
                       7.4.6.  Influenza (October-June) – Not Optional

                       7.4.7.  Varicella
                       7.4.8.  Polio (Afghanistan (AFG) only)

                       7.4.9.  Yellow Fever Vaccine (as required)
                   7.5.  Medication

                       7.5.1.  Candidate must have a 180 day supply of any prescribed medication upon arrival
                               at DIDC.

                       7.5.2.  Candidates will receive an issue of doxycycline (Malaria pills). A 13 month
                               prescription will be issued by the medical service provider, as required by
                               AMDR, 11Jan17.

                   7.6.  Dental
                       7.6.1.  Dental Exam - Required Dental repairs will be at the candidates own expense.

                       7.6.2.  Panoramic x-ray for identification purposes.
                          7.6.2.1.  If the candidate has DNA on file with the repository and a licensed Dentist
                                   signs the (Department of Defense (DD) 2813 form stating that a Panoramic
                                   x-ray is on file, then the Panoramic x-ray is not required.
                          7.6.2.2.  Individuals with orthodontic equipment are non-deployable without a
                                   waiver. Waiver requests to deploy should include a current evaluation by
                                   their treating orthodontic provider and include a statement that wires with
                                   neutral force are in place.

                   7.7.  Specialized Medical Testing - Some job classifications require additional medical
                         testing such as Food Service workers, Firefighters, Air Traffic Controllers (ATC), etc.
