7.1.3. Body Mass Index (BMI) Screening

7.1.4. Blood Pressure Check
7.1.5. Electrocardiogram (EKG) (only for candidates over 40 years of age)

7.1.6. Framingham Risk Factor (Coronary Heart Risk Percentage) - only for candidates
over 40 years of age or at the discretion of medical provider also for diabetics on
oral medication no matter what age they are.

7.1.7. Optic (Snelling Wall Chart) - If employee has had eye surgery or an eye injury
within the last 3 months, they must have a medical clearance letter from their
doctor.

7.1.8. Audiogram
7.2. Females Only

7.2.1. Pregnancy Test – within 30 days, or to be administered during deployment center
processing.

7.3. Required Lab Work
7.3.1. Blood Type (must be documented on Red Cross donor card, lab result or MD
statement otherwise it will be done at the medical facility).

7.3.2. Glucose 6 Phosphate Dehydrogenase (G6PD) Test
7.3.3. Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Test
7.3.4. Urinalysis

7.3.5. Fasting Glucose Test
7.3.6. Complete Blood Count (CBC)

7.3.7. Lipid Panel (over 35 years of age) and also for diabetics on oral medications in
order to complete the required Framingham.
7.3.8. Additional country specific labs, as directed by DIDC

7.3.9. Titers; Hepatitis (HEP) A, HEP B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), and
Varicella

7.3.10. Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA), EXPATS ONLY (if not on record), samples
must be mailed within 10 days of the specimen being drawn to:

7.3.10.1. Armed Forces Repository of Specimens (AFRSSIR)
Samples for the Identification of Remains, 115 Purple Heart Drive, Dover
AFB, DE 19902

7.3.10.2. The hospital must provide a letter of non-infectious by nature for package of
DNA samples sent via express carriers. United States Postal Service (USPS)
is not an option for DynCorp International Deployment Center - Dubai
(DIDC-Dubai).

7.3.10.3. Candidates who have previously served in the U.S. Military may have a
DNA sample in the repository system. If so, DNA testing is not needed. A
Social Security Number is required to verify DNA in the Repository. If the
