                 As a lecturer and speaker,
                 you are deeply involved in
                 educating the next
                 generation of industry
                 professionals. What advice
                 do you have for aspiring
                 entrepreneurs, particularly
                 women, who are looking to
                 break into the music and
                 entertainment industry?

                 Get amongst it—run three
                 times as hard as younger
so you can walk in the park
in your mid to late 30s into
the rest of your life. Intern
                 for free; work cheaply just
to get close to the best
people in the space you see
                 yourself growing into—
                 people will never refuse
                 good help, and then you
                 can leverage yourself into
                 the job you deserve. I
worked so hard when I was
young, I worked for free so
many times to get close to
the execs, to get to anyone I
                 needed to, and it always
                 paid off. But most
                 importantly, know your
                 DH7 branding formulas
                 and build yourself the life
                 and work life you want,
                 like I did.
