Navigation Call Handling – Interactive Group Activity

                 1.  Locate the following resources:
                     a.  Navigation System Call Handling Business Rules  - GMA Document
                     b.  Navigation System GM Vehicle Chart  - document
                     c.  GM Answers (GMA) – search tool

                 2.  Using the “Navigation System GM Vehicle Chart” to locate the Model and Year of the
                     customer’s vehicle to determine which guide to use.  For customer vehicles that are not
                     found on the chart, the navigation system type can be determined by looking in the
                     owner’s manual.
              SAY: Using the resources listed above working in groups of 2 to 4.  Identify the steps and
              resources to resolve each of the customer potential questions below.  Many customer issues
              will involve the system settings.  Using the topics listed below use the chart to document what
              steps and resources you would use to resolve the customers concern.
