The typical costume from Antioquia descends, for
men, from the muleteers paisas colonizers, and
for women, of the young ladies and coffee pickers.
The paisa masculine suit is made up of the
Antioquia hat, white and with black tape; also of
the poncho, also the carriel, the machete and
espadrilles.
The typical Antioqueña woman's feminine
costume consists of a skirt long black with some
colorful prints, of a white blouse and hat, all
adorned with many flowers and embroidery.
