8. Full thermostatic modulation control system including:

One (1) High Capacity Centrifugal Transfer Type Water Pump, capable of nominally
pumping 625 GPM at 70 ft. water T.D.H. and including:

1. Cast iron case.
2. Bronze fitted with mechanical seal.
3. Built together type configuration.
4. Totally enclosed fan cooled electric motor, 30 Hp., 3,500 RPM.
