We are pleased to propose the following LUDELL OPEN (VENTED TO ATMOSPHERE) HOT
WATER SYSTEM, to be installed by the customer. The proposal includes the following
equipment and services:

One (1) Hot Water Storage Tank, Including:

1. Nominal storage capacity of 15,000 gallons.
2. Dimensions of storage tank, 132” diameter by 252” high straight shell.
3. Manhole with cover.
4. All necessary openings, nozzles, and fittings for use with the new Ludell
system and the existing Ludell water heater, Serial No. J08280.
5. Type 304 stainless steel construction.
6. Sight gauge assembly.

One (1) Hot Water Delivery Pump System, Including:

1. Two (2) high capacity centrifugal type water pumps, each capable of
pumping 800 GPM at 100 ft. water T.D.H.
2. Cast iron case.
3. Bronze fitted with mechanical seals.
4. Built together type configuration.
5. Totally enclosed fan cooled electric motor, 40 Hp.

One (1) Hot Water Delivery Pump System Accessories, Including:

1. Two (2) variable frequency drives, with pressure transmitters.
2. Two (2) selector switches.
3. Two (2) pressure gauges, 4-1/2" dial, range 0-100 psi.
4. Two (2) check valves, with anti-slam characteristics.
5. One (1) thermometer.
6. One (1) electronic level control system including programmable level
controller and pressure transducer.
