Besides this, a mobile ATM launched on 6th Dec'2015 from our Chennai Main branch went round many of the flood
affected areas in the city and witnessed record hits of more than 600 on one single day necessitating refill of the ATM,
twice in a day.

All the branches have also been instructed to have extended banking hours in order to help more customers to operate
their accounts. This move of having extended working hours has been spontaneously agreed to by all the associations
and unions representing the staff members.

It is also pertinent to mention that food packets and drinking water bottles were distributed in areas like Saidapet,
severely affected by floods.

Through our aforesaid initiatives, by and large we have made our presence felt in Tamil Nadu and particularly the ravaged
city of Chennai, for the cause of humanity and public service.
