                                          Blankets and relief Materials for

                                                 Chennai Flood victims

                                                                   Bank of Maharashtra undertook various relief measures for
                                                                   Chennai flood victims in Ayyapanthangal area, worst hit by flood
                                                                   due to heavy rain and the lake water inundation. Zonal Manager,
                                                                   Chennai along with DZM & AGM provided relief materials on
                                                                   urgent basis to Little Drops - Old age home having around 400
                                                                   residents. Bank also donated more than 670 blankets in West
                                                                   Saidapet (Manthopu) slum area.

 HUDCO receives 'Governance Now

                PSU Award'

Dr. M Ravi Kanth, Chairman and Managing Director received the
'3rd Governance Now PSU Award' on behalf of HUDCO for Value
Growth (in the Miniratna 1 category) under the 'Financial Category
Awards'.The award was given away by Shri Manoj Sinha, Hon'ble
Minister of State for Railways, Government of India, during a
function held at New Delhi. Shri Ram Vilas Paswan, Hon'ble Union
Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution,
Government of India also graced the occasion.

The Award is aimed at honouring the efforts of Public Sector
Undertakings that have been vital to India's overall economic growth.

Kotak Mahindra Bank Announces Special Interest Free Loans for

                   Employees in Chennai

Kotak Mahindra Bank (KMB) has announced 'special interest free loans' to employees across its group companies who
have been affected by the recent floods in Chennai. Further, KMB is offering 'additional emergency loans' to employees

                                                                for any other requirements.

                   Furthermore, employees have been provided with advance salary for
                   fulfilling emergency needs. More than 2,000 employees across Kotak
                   Mahindra Bank and its subsidiary companies will benefit from this
                   initiative.

                   During the height of the flood situation, KMB had deputed four
                   doctors from Mumbai to provide medical assistance to employees
                   in Chennai. Over 1,000 employees across Kotak Mahindra Bank and
                   its subsidiary companies benefitted from this emergency

arrangement.
