WHERE TO BEGIN (Part 1) II
Paul
Mad Max. Red Dawn. Geostorm.
Government collapse.
Electromagnetic pulse. Foreign
invasion.
Volcano. Earthquake. Hurricane.
The scenarios are endless. The
potential hazards are innumerable. The possible preparations are infinite.
So where to begin?
Being prepared is a daunting task. There are so many options, so many good ideas, so
many resources available. Conventional wisdom centers around everything from
permanently relocating to bugging out to bugging in. Priorities range, depending on
whom you ask, from security to food and water to medical and first-aid.
So where to begin?
Just a brief internet search will turn up hundreds of sites, blogs, and experts, each with
their own take on the most important gear. But no one has unlimited resources, and it is
impossible to completely prepare for every single scenario. It is overwhelming to
consider all the options, so many choose to do nothing.
So where to begin?
As the old Chinese proverb says, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single
step.”
