BLACKBOOK:


        What are Black book leads?
             • Black book leads are based on the Guest's interest in trading in their vehicle.

             • They submit their information with an estimate of what their car is worth.

             • We then do normal Cadence for 16 days to reach out and get them focused on that trade.
             • We send the Black book email template rather than the easiest experience.

            •  They very well may list that they are interested in a certain VOI, that is great but again we are
               going to call and focus on the trade appraisal, and then if we need to use the VOI as
               leverage we can.
