Final examinations are given in all courses. Courses are
graded using the Austrian grading system: 1 (very good);
2 (good); 3 (satisfactory); 4 (sufficient); 5 (failed). Addi-
tional final grades are: W (withdrew from the course
with permission), AU (audit) and NG (not graded).
The grade points given in the transcript provide an
opportunity to differentiate performance within each
of the stated grades.
