Prof. Nafady is currently a Professor of
electrochemistry and renewable energy at the
Chemistry Department, College of Science, King Saud
University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He is also adjunct
Professor at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia
and Sohag University, Egypt. He is Editor in Chief of
the International Journal of Nanomaterials and
Chemistry. Prof. Nafady did his Ph.D. (2000-2004)
under supervision of Prof. William Geiger, at the
University of Vermont, USA and has been a Research
Fellow at Monash University (2005-2011), Melbourne,
Australia working with Prof. Alan Bond. He has made
significant contributions to the fields of
inorganic/organometallic electrochemistry and
material science. He has an h-index of 29 and the total
number of citations for his publications is more than
2600. Prof. Nafady has been invited to give seminars
about his work at many universities within Australia
Prof. Ayman Nafady and worldwide including, Curtin University of
Technology (2006), University of Melbourne (2007),
Cairo University (2008), Sohag University (2009),
University of Sydney (2010), RMIT University (2011),
Professor of
King Saud University (2013) Zewail city of Science and
electrochemistry and technology (2015), University of Sindh (2016), and
renewable energy at the Sultan Qabous University, Oman (2017). University of
South Florida, USA (June 2019), and University of
Chemistry Department,
Vermont, USA (2019). He also presented his work in
College of Science, King more than 30 international conferences and TV-
interviewed by Nile TV international through
Saud University, Riyadh,
programs of "Breakfast show" (2013) and Story of
Saudi Arabia Success (30 Sep. and 5 Oct. 2015), Delta TV (2017) and
Saudi Now (Feb. 2018) to deliver his thoughts about
“chemistry of life and human interaction” in many
social events as well as high schools and universities in
Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.
