                  GOAL 1. ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE

                  Organizational Outcome:

                   Relevant and quality tertiary education ensured to achieve inclusive growth and access of deserving but poor
                                              students to quality tertiary education increased

                  Outcome indicators:
                  1.   71 to 100% of first time licensure examination takers pass the exam.
                  2.  50% of graduates (2 years prior) are employed.
