Company Excellence through Matching in Recruiting

in individual cases depends on the orientation and intention of the
company and the vacant position. In general, however, the
following applies:
The decisive factor is the strictly matching-oriented
approach.
That is why he is never satisfied with standard answers. The in-
depth questions help him to successively find out more and more
details and to make a targeted assessment of the applicant's
personality and motivators.
Aspect 5: Employer branding - presenting yourself as an
attractive employer brand
By now, everyone knows: employer branding is more important than
pro- duct branding. In times of a shortage of specialists and
workers, it is therefore necessary to exert a pull effect on potential
applicants. The company must not only ask itself what the recruiter
can do for the employer to help it achieve its corporate goals. It must
also ask the question in the other direction:
"What can we, what can the company do to help the help
the applicant achieve his or her (professional) goals with us
and at our company? With us and at our company? What
can we do to make the company attractive enough for him
to choose us instead of the competition? He or she chooses
us rather than the competition?"
