METAL FINISHES

Inspect all metal painted surfaces semi-annually.
Ensure that sprinklers are not soaking the metal as that will shorten the useful life of the
paint and the metal.

Re-paint metal surfaces in approx. 3-5 year.

procedures, see Section 8: Product Specifications.

STRUCTURAL REPAIRS

The structural repairs performed by JWC and subcontractors should typically not
require any maintenance.

AIR CONDITIONING

The air conditioning repairs performed during the reconstruction process should be
fairly maintenance free. However, a maintenance contract with a qualified A/C
contractor would be a wise investment for any homeowner to maximize the life of their
current A/C unit.

With proper maintenance and care, Villas at Savona will remain aesthetically pleasing and
structurally sound for many years to come. As your reconstruction partner, the staff at JWC is
