2.0 QUALITY ASSURANCE

1. The Distributor or Manufacture reserves the right to perform inspections on the
existing conditions, surface preparation, coating application, material storage and
any other specifications outlined in this document.

2.1 MANUFACTURER’S FIELD SERVICES

1. When specified or requested, require manufacturer or supplier to have qualified
personnel provide a letter confirming the following:

A. Observation of field conditions, prior to coating application and review of
Construction documents for conformance with the specified manufacturers
warrantable systems.

B. Provide recommendations to make material and/or application changes
necessary to meet requirements for the specified warranty.

3.0 DELIVERY, STORAGE & HANDLING

Applicator shall take all precautions necessary and provide all equipment,
materials and labor to adequately protect any affected project building and its
contents from inclement weather during construction.

A. Material storage shall be in well-ventilated trailers. Trailers shall be
suitable for the storage of flammable substances when required, such as
adhesives or solvents.

B. Store all materials as recommended by the manufacturer.

4.0 WEATHER PROTECTION

1.Weather protection shall mean the temporary protection of that work adversely
affected by moisture, wind, heat and cold by covering, patching, sealing,
enclosing, ventilating, cooling and/or heating. This protection shall be provided
for all work areas, the building and its contents and all construction materials and
accessories.
