5. Through Penetrations: All through penetrations are to be sealed with
Acrylic Urethane sealant equivalent in depth to omission of finished
surfaces.

6. Horizontal Surfaces: Apply Nationwide Ultra-Prime to all horizontal building
Surfaces.

7. All cure times post patching, sealant application may vary due to
temperatures, humidity, and depth of applications. Allow proper cure
time before coating applications.

8.6 Application of Ceramic Urethane Insulating Waterproof Coatings

1. Application of Waterproof Coatings shall be applied in a “cross” spray
pattern to achieve the manufactures coverage rate. Only apply coatings
to properly perpetrated surfaces.

2. Brush Applications: Only small inaccessible areas are permitted for brush
applications. Note: only acceptable tool to be used during the said application
is a nylon bristle brush.

3. Spray Application: Application by airless spray machinery is always
recommended . The spray machinery must have a minimum output
of 2 gallons per minute. Supply hose is to be 3/8” diameter. Spray tips
may range from 0.017- 0.021 dependent on the circumstances and
practicality.

8.7 Coverage

1. Spot priming is deemed necessary when new stucco has been installed.
Apply Chalk Force epoxy- acrylic high PH surface primer/ conditioner through
the means of a roll application to allow materials to penetrate the new stucco
surfaces.

2. First coat Application: Apply Ultra Prime to all stucco surfaces.
