                   3.  Second coat Application: Apply Ultra Kote in a Vertical Horizontal pattern
                       To a total dry mils thickness of 8 to 10 dry mils.  No backrolling necessary.


               9.0 General Warranty Information



                   1.  Proper preparation and application by a Insul-Pro Paints Certified
                          Applicator will assure quality control and a warrantable coating
                         Warranted against water penetration through the paint film.


                    Part 1 – General

                    Work Included

                    A.   The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishings of materials and equipment
                        and completion of painting and certified applicator finishing  of all exterior
                        surfaces including:

                       1.  Stucco:  Main buildings, Clubhouse. New stucco at garage headers and
                          second story window trim.

                       2.  Wood:   Wood trim, front doors, Utility doors.


                       3.  Metal:  Galvanized Gutters and Downspouts, Flashing, Decorative Chimney
                          Caps, Scuppers, Vents, Gas Meters, wrought iron railings, garage doors.

                       4.  Thoroughly examine specifications, site of work and conditions under which
                          work will be performed before submitting a proposal.  Surfaces which cannot
                          be prepared or painted as specified shall be immediately brought to the
                          attention of the Owner’s representative in writing.

                       5.  Starting of work without such notification will be will be considered
                          acceptance by the Contractor of surfaces involved.

                       6.  The Contractor shall replace unsatisfactory work caused by improper or
                          defective surfaces, as directed by the Owner’s representative at no additional
                          cost.
