SUMMARY SCOPE OF WORK

GEOTECHNICAL

CIVIL REPAIRS

Gutters and Downspouts
1. Install K-style Traditional Design 6” Seamless Aluminum Gutters with 3” x 4” downspouts.
2. Include 4” tall splash guards at all valley and high-water discharge locations
3. Coordinate all downspout work with Grading and Drainage Subcontractor (Sonoran
Excavating).

Tight Line Roof Drains and Grading at Buildings 2-15
1. Remove and export any vegetation directly impeding a tight line trench or area to be graded.
2. Remove and export approximately 2,400sf of sidewalk.
3. Excavate ~5,000lf of trench for new tight line system for buildings 2-15.
4. Provide and install tight line system to ~30 existing roof drains and 210 downspouts.
5. Provide and install ten (10) sump pumps in four precast vaults behind buildings 2, 6, 9, and
13 to handle all water diverted from rooflines.

Landscape Repair and Replacement
1. Replace like and kind plants and vegetation within areas of reconstruction

Dry Wells
1. Provide engineering for drywell installation.
2. Obtain permits for six dry wells per plans and specifications and per City of Chandler
requirements.
3. Perform Percolation Tests to determine and confirm final quantity of drywells required.
4. Perform Phase One of Drywell Installation.

CIVIL BUILDING REPAIRS:

Exterior Deep Grouting Stabilization
1. Provide deep grouting at building exterior footings at buildings 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,
12, 13, & 15

Interior Shallow Depth Grouting and Crack Repairs
