NORTHWEST FIRE DISTRICT
DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT
The Northwest Fire Rescue District Station No. 337 project, built for Northwest Fire District, includes the new
construction of a 8,900 square foot light duty fire station to serve Marana, AZ. The facility supports aparatus
bays and support areas, as well as living spaces, offices, a kitchen, and dorm rooms.
The Northwest Fire Rescue District Station No. 341, built for the Northwest Fire District, consists of the new
construction of a 9,000 square foot light duty fire station that serves the Gladden Farms area of Marana, AZ.
The fire station is constructed of a slab on grade foundation and a masonry structural frame with an exterior
of integral color masonry and metal wall panel. A TPO, metal deck, poly-iso roof completed the construction.
