DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT
The Fire Station No. 133 project, built for the Sun City Fire and Medical Department, included the new construction
of a two-story, 16,248 square foot fire station located in Youngtown, AZ. The two-story facility houses a three-
bay drive-through station and a back-end bay for the Battalion Chief. The fire station was constructed on a
slab-on-grade concrete foundation with a masonry and steel structural frame, an exterior of masonry block
covered with stucco, and a foam roof. The project also featured 12 dorm rooms, a community room, a fitness
room, two dayrooms, and a training room.
