TEAM ORGANIZATION
As Project Director, Fred Knapp will be accountable for the overall success of the project.
He has been in the construction industry for over 38 years and is an expert in municipal and
public safety facilities. Fred has expertise in every aspect of a project and will work in various
capacities, providing a real-world approach to solving complicated problems. Fred has worked on
three fire stations, four public safety buildings, four municipal projects, and 15 CMAR projects.
As Senior Project Manager, Ryan Knapp will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of
preconstruction, construction, and close-out, ensuring that the implementation of all construction
items are completed. He will oversee budget and scheduling constraints, and serve as the liaison
between all parties involved in the construction process. Ryan has worked on four fire stations,
four public safety buildings, eight municipal projects, and 23 CMAR projects.
As PreConstruction Manager and Estimator, Jake Pombier will oversee and facilitate the
estimation processes and provides the necessary experience and knowledge to manage the cost,
schedule, and quality processes. He has developed close relationships with our subcontractor
partners across the state and will use this knowledge to help the project team select the most
qualified subcontractors for your project. Jake has worked on one fire station, one public safety
building, two municipal projects, and two CMAR projects.
As Superintendent, Jose Acosta will be responsible for all daily site supervision, coordination,
and scheduling of subcontractors and suppliers for the entire project. He excels in problem
solving and is proactive in the management of job site activities. Jose is known for his leadership
in the field, and will be in charge of schedule, quality control, and safety, ensuring that your
project will be built to the highest quality and standard. Jose has worked on one fire station,
three public safety buildings, three municipal projects, and nine CMAR projects.
