1 . Both short and long style sprue spreaders
may be used with baffle type or cascade
type cooling .
2 . To maintain constant area for metal flow,
always use short style spreaders with
short style bushings and long style SPRUE SPREADERS (LARGE)
spreaders with long style bushings .
3 . Inlet diameter of the sprue bushing ITEM NUMBER STYLE REPLACES
should be equal to or smaller than the DC-310 Short DC-315, DC-318
outlet diameter of the gooseneck .
4 . Sprue Spreaders are premachined for DC-410 Long DC-415, DC-418
ejector pins .
