Dr Tejas Patel , Chairman and Chief Interventional Cardiologist of Apex
Heart Institute in Ahmedabad created history while performing a series of

five Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) procedures using

advanced telerobotics on 5th December 2018 . He performed the surgery

on patients who were on operating tables 32 kilometers away from him .
