Abstract
Good afternoon teachers, partners and public in general. We are students in the career
engineering in Industrial in process and operations in ten quarter.
Our team is compost by Erika Eliserio, Monserrat Reyna, David Hernandez, Ramiro
Montero, Regina Rocha and me Carlos Marrufo.
The name of our project is Nut´s Jam.
The purpose of this project is use the resources of the region, to make and innovate
product and high quality in the market.
As many do not know the nut has many beneficial proprieties to our body since it helps
parent heart attack, also contains nutrients as are proteins, antioxidants, minerals,
vitamin B and E, etc..
