1 Section/Location: Detroit Water Ice 113 Time: 12:01PM
Ms. Shopper went to Detroit Water Ice and ordered a Blue Raspberry cup. It was $6. The server was very personable and patient while we made our
selection. Ms. Shopper would prefer the spoons to be in a plastic wrapper for sanitary reasons, not just in basket for you to reach in a grab.

2 Section/Location: 2nd Level Staff Name: Rocket Men Time: 1:00PM
Ms. Shopper saw only one Rocket Man in the 2nd level at the beginning of the game from Section 200-214. She witnessed several in the lower level and
several in the upper level at this particular time.
3 Section/Location: Hop Cat Staff Name: Gary Time: 1:15PM
There were about 10 people in line at Hop Cat at the time. The line moved quickly. Some were only ordering food, others beer only and others both food
and beer. Ms. Shopper ordered the pretzel nuggz with cheese sauce. They were served warm and very tasty. The cheese sauce seemed to be a little thin
and runny, as it really did not stick to the pretzel.
4 Section/Location: Paradise Deli Staff Name: Ivy Time: 1:34PM
The Paradise Deli only had a few customers as Ms. Shopper approached the counter. Ivy waited on Ms. Shopper. She was friendly and very professional.
Ms. Shopper ordered the Smoked Turkey Club sandwich. It was fresh and tasty. This was a nice option to have at the stadium. As we received our order, Ivy
thanked us. I felt she truly appreciated our business.

5 Section/Location: Streats of Detroit 345 Staff Name: Francine Time: 2:28PM
Ms. Shopper entered the line, there were about 20 people, it was just before half-time. The line moved very quickly as all the registers were open. Ms.
Shopper was waved down by Francine. She was very pleasant and asked how she could help. Ms. Shopper presented her designated driver coupon for a
complimentary soda. She asked for a Pepsi and Francine filled the cup and told Ms. Shopper to enjoy the game. Ms. Shopper was pleased with the size of
drink she received.
6 Section/Location: Mini Melts Staff Name: Detroit Kids Vol. Time: 3:42PM
The Mini Melts stand was not busy, but they were packing things up for the day. They did allow us to make a purchase which I was thankful for. It was a
nice little treat. The Detroit Kids volunteer was very efficient and patient while we made our decision.
