Concessions

                                                       Question RECOMMENDATIONS
             1) There was quite a wait at The Blitz (bar) during DTE Power Hour. It might be helpful if more bartenders were placed there at that time.

             2) Condiment containers at the condiment stands. We wanted ketchup for our fries and there were no small plastic containers, so we had to
             put ketchup on a napkin.

             3) The staff at Streats of Detroit section 223 appeared to be overwhelmed. They were admittedly swamped, but there needs to be a better
system in place. There were too many people walking around behind the counter. They were all busy, but if you implemented a system of
order I feel that things would go much more smoothly. I would also recommend that one person cleans up the counter it would make sense to
add an additional staff member for this purpose alone. It was very unappealing to see trash and garbage at/near a place that serves food.

             4) Lines were long, but moved relatively quickly. The employees were friendly. Prices were very high to me. Some were reasonable, but many
were outrageous. For example, a bottomless soda is $8.00 and a bottomless popcorn is $8.00.
             5) For the games when it is predicted to be cold and rainy maybe a concession stand with specialty coffee's would be appealing.
