The Ford Field site is pretty basic. Ms. shopper likes the highlighted events that come up immediately. When you click on Game Day, it takes you directly to the
Detroit Lions site. I like the easy access to purchase tickets to upcoming events like Kenny Chesney or Taylor Swift. Hopefully, I will be purchasing tickets for the MAC
Football Championship, just because I like good football games.
2 Section/Location: detroitlions.com on phone
Ms. Shopper entered detroitlions.com on her phone, without having the app on her phone. I feel it would be better if the categories were more clearly displayed.
The first thing that comes up is the most recent score, but if you click on the 3 little lines at the top left of the screen, you can then see all of the categories. I thought
the lightshow and live camera angles were pretty cool. I also felt that there was a lot of useful and fun information. The fan zone wasn't the most impressive.

3 Section/Location: Wi-Fi
Ms. Shopper had a lot of trouble accessing my social media accounts in the stadium. The last time I was here, I had no problems, but this time for some reason I was
connected to the Ford Field Wi-Fi, but could not connect to Face Book or Instagram.

Ms. Shopper observed a man walking up and down the sections with an small computer/mechanical device. I walked over to him and spoke with him as to what he
was doing. He told me that he was checking on the Wi-Fi signal. I mentioned to him that I was having issues, and he told me that they were aware, and were working
on it.

Locating the parking garage on the website was easy. Our parking pass said we were in the "Lions/Tigers" parking garage and that's exactly what it was labeled on the
website.
2 Section/Location: detroitlions.com Time: 8:03AM
Loved the Game Day tab. It was my sons first Lions Game and this was very helpful in letting us know what pre-game activities we could do.

3 Section/Location: Instagram
The photo's posted definitely get you excited for the game.
