Two EMS workers were present with a wheelchair. It was comforting to see medical staff present for emergencies.

Ms. Shopper waited at First Aid for 4 minutes while the staff was dealing with someone on a stretcher. When I complained of a toothache and asked for ibuprofen,
Ruth asked for and wrote down my name, and asked if I had any allergies. She gave me a cup of water and asked if there was anything else I needed.

3 Section/Location: 133 Staff Name: Kris Time: 3:17PM
Ms. Shopper (2) went into First Aid complaining of a headache. Kris asked for her name and any allergies and then gave her the Ibuprofen and a bottle of water. She
was very friendly and helpful.
Shopper 2
1 Section/Location: 131 Staff Name: Chris Time: 3:02PM
Ms. Shopper went to First Aid to ask for a Band-Aid. Noticed there was a cooler full of water and Gatorade. I asked how much water was and she said it was free in
First Aid. Chris was very friendly and stated when asked that many people had come into First Aid during the game.
2 Section/Location: 224 Staff Name: Hilary Time: 3:28PM
Hilary in first aid gave Mr. Shopper Tylenol and Gatorade to take in front of her. She was friendly and wrote down Mr. Shopper's name on a list for medication
given out.

3 Section/Location: 236 Staff Name: Lisa Time: 3:35PM
Lisa in section 236 gave us a Band-Aid when we asked for one. She was very polite and friendly.
Shopper 3
1 Section/Location: 236 Staff Name: Lisa Time: 12:55PM
Lisa was very nice and professional. I asked her for some Tylenol and she inquired if I had any allergies to medication. I did not, then she proceeded to have me
answer questions in regards to my personal info. I filled out some paperwork and she gave me 2 Tylenol and a cup with water to take them right there. We
chatted about the phone because it has a Lion emblem on it, which I thought was really cool. She was very friendly and made my time there very pleasant. (See
