First Aid
Shopper 4
Question
1 Section/Location: 132 Time: 2:42PM
We could not see her name tag. It was the type that hangs on a lanyard and it was turned backwards. She was very nice but she appeared to have a friend or
someone who clearly was not working in first aid sitting in there chatting.
2 Section/Location: 106
Signage for First Aid is poor near Section 106. There are flags with a large cross on them, but can be difficult to see. See photo of the First Aid sign for one of the
rooms. The AET sign with the heart stuck out more than the First Aid sign. It could be because the sign is blue, and the Lions emblem is blue so it doesn't stick out
as much.
Supervisor
1 Section/Location: Pride Plaza Staff Name: Under Tent Time: 10:58AM
Ms. Shopper noticed two EMT staff members under a tent. They were in a different location then previous games. She approached them asking for a Band-Aid.
The female EMT dug through the bag and was able to find a band aid but it took a couple mintues. They were not very accessible to her. Both EMT's were kind and
created small talk.
2 Section/Location: Outside Gate G Time: 1:40PM
Ms. Shopper noticed about three ambulences outside Gate G. At first she didn't know why there would be so many. Nobody was being rushed out. Ms. Shopper
then thought perhaps they were there for emergencies which was comforting to know there were several in the area for fan or player need.
3 Section/Location: EMT's Time: 2:50PM
Inside the stadium playing field, Ms. Shopper noticed EMT's scattered around the 2nd level. This was reassuring to know, help was nearby.
4 Section/Location: 236 Staff Name: Lisa Time: 3:39PM
Ms. Shopper popped into First Aid to ask for a Band Aid. She gathered my name and gave me the Band-aid. In conversation, she commented that it had been a
busy afternoon. Lisa was very polite and accomodating.
