First Aid
RECOMMENDATIONS
Question
1) More privacy for patients. I know there isn't a lot of space, but when I entered First Aid near section 107, I could see and hear everything that was
going on with the man on the stretcher.
2) I would only give out water or drinks to people that need to take medicine or need to hydrate not because they gave us a Band-Aid.
3) Perhaps making the First Aid sign in the color Red. The AET sign with the heart stuck out more than the First Aid sign. It could be because the sign
is blue, and the Lions emblem is blue so it doesn't stick out as much. I have been to Ford Field many times, and I wouldn't have even known these
areas were here, had I not specifically been looking for them.
4) I would recommend some signage with arrows around the stadium pointing to the First Aid areas. I would also recommend having some type of
sign with times that the First Aid areas are open. I walked by and saw doors closed. I assumed that the room was closed. I would also suggest that
they post an area where the next closest First Aid section is, just on the off chance that someone really needs help.
