Question
Right inside the exit, from the concourse (to go to seats), near the stairs. There was a man in a wheelchair having some distress. The man had an oxygen tank and
oxygen. I witnessed the EMS staff assisting him. The area was cleared and others were called in to help. The staff was extremely efficient and professional, but
kind to the man they were assisting as well as his "caregiver"( I'm assuming).
3 Section/Location: 113 Time: 1:45PM
There was no line. The door was opened, but I did not immediately see anyone in the room. There was a large presence of EMS people around and I did observe
stretchers and wheelchairs around the stadium.
4 Section/Location: 236 Staff Name: Male Dr. or Nurse Time: 2:16PM
Ms. Shopper observed an extremely intoxicated man who was having trouble standing. The staff had him sit in a seat while they were evaluating him. The
attending staff member was having him perform simple tasks like following a finger from side to side with his eyes. They were also checking on his leg and mobility.
From this, I assumed that the man had fallen. The staff was extremely thorough and professional, and police were also there with the man, assisting.
5 Section/Location: 225 Time: 2:40PM
Ms. Shopper walked past the First Aid station and noticed that the door was closed. I made the assumption that the station was closed, perhaps there should be a
sign if door is closed, "please proceed to the nearest First Aid located in Section X or ask a staff member for assistance." (See photo.)
