The Voltage Drop Test evaluates clamping point quality under stresses such as vibrations, temperature changes and corrosive
influences, in order to verify that the contact point is gas-tight.

The CAGE CLAMP and

mV CAGE CLAMP S connections enclose
and contain flexible conductors. There-
fore, a variation of the voltage drop with
solid and fine-stranded conductors is so
small that its influence may be negligible
for the practical application of the termi-
nal blocks.
