               Employment at Cliff’s Amusement Park

               Welcome new employee!  On behalf of our Team, I welcome you to Cliff’s Amusement
               Park and wish you every success here.  Each employee contributes directly to Cliff’s
               growth and success, and I hope you will take pride in being a member of our team.  A
               key goal at Cliff’s is to have every employee think like a business person.  At Cliff’s, we
               have a dynamic performance-driven work culture that rewards hard work, partnership
               and values.  Our core values guide our behavior and decision making.  We measure
               ourselves against them and aspire to live by them every day.  This handbook was
               developed to describe some of the espectations of you and to outline the policies,
               programs and benefits available to you. There are separate sections for safety and
               benefits, which follows this handbook.  Employees should familiarize themselves with
               the contents of the employee handbook as it will answer many questions about
               employment with Cliff’s. Throughout this handbook there are references to the
               appropriate person to contact, report concerns or if you have questions.  However, feel
               free to ask your questions or make any concerns known first to your immediate
               supervisor, manager, HR or myself.  I hope that your experience here at Cliff’s will be
               challenging, enjoyable and rewarding.  Again, Welcome!
